About
Aimee’s work focuses on supporting adults with acquired neurological conditions affecting cognition, language, motor speech, and swallowing, in addition to facilitating healthy vocal use for individuals seeking to express themselves authentically. Her clinical interests include traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia and other neurodegenerative diseases, and gender-affirming voice and communication. Before joining WSU, she spent much of her career in subacute rehabilitation and is passionately committed to facilitating patient and family education and advocacy as well as interdisciplinary care.
Outside of the clinic, Aimee enjoys spending time with her partner and fur babies, communing with nature, and the creative exploration of artistic and spiritual pursuits.
