Access Your Health Record Online
You can access your WSU Health medical records online through the patient portal. To create an account, visit the patient portal welcome page and click “Create an Account.” This will take you to the registration page, where you have the option to register as a patient or their proxy. Enter the patient’s basic information to verify their identity and set up the account.
Authorize the Release of Health Information
Your health information is personal, and protecting it is our priority. If you need WSU Health to share your protected health information with another individual or organization, federal law requires that you provide written authorization. To do this, please request and complete our Release of Information form. This form ensures your information is shared only with those you designate.
